What to do if you are in a breach
1.Change your password immediately on any breached service, and any other account where you reused that password.
2.Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on every account that supports it, preferring authenticator apps over SMS.
3.Use a password manager to generate and store unique, strong passwords for each account.
4.Check your email for suspicious activity, unauthorized logins, or password reset requests you did not initiate.
