Reduce your phone exposure
1.Use a secondary phone number (Google Voice, Burner, MySudo) for online sign-ups, shopping, and services you do not fully trust.
2.Never use your real phone number for social media verification if possible - use an authenticator app instead.
3.Regularly search for your phone number on people-search sites and submit removal requests.
